Founded in 1993 by Gagnon this truly unique concept blends the idea of an all-you-can-eat venue with an exhibition kitchen, in an attractive sit-down atmosphere offering beer and wine.  Tomato Café offers customers the option to enjoy great food in a hurry, or to relax with a glass of wine and savor their meal.

Tomato Café is popular with vegetarians, athletes and people of all ages that love Italian food.  "We are a hit with families", Gagnon notes.  It is common to see three generations dining together. She further explains, "Parents feel good about what their children are eating while they can enjoy their meal in upscale surroundings."
